I'm Adrian Florin, a lawyer by training, consultant, cam agent and mentor. Since 2003 I've worked alongside models and studios, delivering real solutions, motivation and results, and my legal background helps me build everything on fair and solid foundations.

I built LCM Studio and teams of trainers, and I put that experience to work for those who want to grow: entrepreneurs opening a studio, models ready for the next level, and people who train others.

I invented the side-by-side battle (video battle) concept behind Tips Battle™: two models compete live, side by side in the same frame, and the audience picks the winner. The concept is protected as an EU trademark (EUID 018563566) and by a WIPO PROOF certificate.

I founded StreamGTS, a multi-site desktop app that brings innovation through the features and options built for models and studios: one setup, synced across multiple platforms.

I believe in real partnerships, not subordination. That conviction led me to found ACCMO – Association of Content Creators & Models Online, Romania's first non-profit association dedicated to videochat models and adult content creators.

What is videochat consulting?

Videochat consulting means practical support, from inside the industry, for people who work in videochat: entrepreneurs who want to open a videochat studio, studios that want to grow, webcam models and content creators. I have worked in this field since 2003.

How do I become a webcam model?

It all starts with the right choices: studio or home, the platform, your schedule and your image. In model consulting I guide you step by step to your first earnings, then we work together on personal branding and social media. You must be at least 18 years old.

Can I do videochat from home?

Yes. Videochat from home gives you freedom, but it takes better organization: equipment, lighting, camera, protecting your personal data and a legal way of working. I help you get all of it right, and for streaming on several platforms at once there is the StreamGTS app.

What taxes apply to videochat income?

Videochat taxes depend on how you work (as a sole trader, a company or under copyright income) and on your income level. Through financial and tax consulting I help you choose the right setup, declare your payments from international platforms correctly and plan your income.

How much does it cost to open a videochat studio?

The budget starts at around €50,000. The consulting covers the location, legal paperwork, equipment, platforms, payment processors, staff and promotion, and for existing studios I do an audit and a business plan.

Do you also consult content creators?

Yes. With content creators I work on promotion and content: profile optimization, Instagram, X, TikTok and OnlyFans, ideas, filming and editing, plus the financial and tax side.

The form on this site does not send or store data on a server. It composes the message directly in your browser and opens WhatsApp, and the message only reaches me if you choose to send it.
